How long do I have from the time I buy the movie to watch the movie?

Once you purchase the movie you will have unlimited time to start watching the movie.

How many times can I watch the movie?

You can watch the movie once, just like the theater.

How long do I have from the time I start watching the movie to finish the movie?

Once you start watching the movie you will have 48 hours to complete watching the movie.

Can I watch a movie on my Mac or PC?

Yes you can watch the movie on a Mac and a PC. All that is required is the Flash plug-in from Adobe.  The movie will be streamed using a proprietary Play On theater system.  You can view the movie in Full Screen mode by electing in the control bar.

Can I give my Screening Voucher to someone else?

Yes you can give your voucher to someone else. The Voucher will be valid for one screening.

The movie is jerky for me when I try to watch the movie.

Try pausing the movie for a minute to let the movie load and then press play.

Do I need any software installed to watch the movie?

Yes. You will need Adobe Flash installed to watch the movie. Adobe flash is free and can be downloaded here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I didn't receive my voucher code?

Once you have purchased the movie an email was sent to you with a voucher code and instructions on how to watch the movie.  Please check your Spam/Junk folder for the email.  If you still did not receive the email you can request to have the voucher code emailed to you again.  Request Voucher Code

How do I watch the movie after I purchased a screening?

To watch the movie once you have purchased a screening please follow the steps below:

1. Please go to http://playonthemovie.com/watch.

2. Click on "Watch Movie"

3. In the bottom left click on "Register"

4. Create a user account by entering in a Username, Password, and Email   Address.

5. Then click the "Play ON" title

6. Then click "Buy Movie"

7. Enter in the voucher code which was emailed to you and click "Confirm".

8. Then click "Click here to watch the video" and begin watching the movie
